Coextrusion Tube

Thanks to a complex extrusion system, the 5-layer asymmetric coex tube from Global Tube® ensures excellent preservation of the product inside and offers a barrier against oxygen, gases, solvents and perfumes that can migrate through the walls of a mono-layer tube. It is ideal for cosmetic products with aggressive formulations or intense fragrances with high alcohol content, as well as pharmaceutical, food and industrial products.

Diameters

Tubes with diameters from 19 to 60 mm are produced with capacities ranging from 5 ml to 400 ml. Each tube can be manufactured with multiple printing technologies and equipped with different caps depending on the project and its use.

Capacity

NOTE: Lengths are measured from the bottom to the shoulder, without the cap; the tolerance is ±1 mm. They may vary depending on materials, the filling machine and trimming.

Decorations

For the customization of the tube, we offer different decoration solutions:

Offset

Offset printing: tubes can be printed, depending on diameter, up to 7 colors plus varnish.

Silk

Screen printing: tubes can be printed up to 5 screen printing colors, with glossy or satin inks.

Hot Stamping

Hot stamping: tubes can be enriched with one to four hot-stamp colors in gold, silver and custom shades, glossy or satin.

Labeling

Labeling: Global Tube® can label tubes from 25 mm to 60 mm diameter. Customers are offered a complete service from the study of the best label for the project to the creation of mockups with different printing techniques.

Flexography

Flexography: ABL and PBL tubes can be printed with a combination of different technologies, up to 9 colors. High printing speed and fast ink drying make flexography an excellent solution to combine functionality and limitless creativity.

Digital

Digital printing: absolute excellence and offset-like print quality for ABL and PBL laminated tubes, up to 7 ink stations. Ideal for small production batches without limiting creativity or the final effect.
